How do I find the cards I have purchased?

 

A link to the purchased cards has been sent to you by email. You can also find them in My account / My orders.

 

When I print my card, I'm asked to fill in first and last name and photo. Do I have to?

 

No! The first and last name and photo are used to customize the card and make it fun! They aren't required for registration. All you need is the access code. You can fill it out with anything you want, or nothing at all.
The person who receives the card creates an account and adds the access code to benefit from investigations offered free of charge.

 

How and when do I provide the access code indicated on the card?

 

The person receiving the card activates the code from My account / Activate promotional code

 

Can I use my card on several accounts?

 

No, a card can only be used on one account.

 

I don't have a printer. What do I do?

 

You can save the card in PDF format and send it by text message/mail. Or you can write the code down on a piece of paper. Just don't forget to say that it's for French Crime.

 

Can I purchase a card for myself?

 

Yes, you can activate a card on any account including your own. Just make sure you don't already have what the card gives you.
